ISSUANCE OF A SEAFARER'S IDENTITY DOCUMENT AND SEAMAN'S BOOK
To issue a seafarer's identity card (ULM) and/or a seaman's book (MC), you must have the following documents:
We work under license No. 20112781193 dated March 2, 2012, being a direct supplier of crewing services
Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
Foreign passport;
Working diploma or Basic Safety Training certificate;
Medical commission (preferably);
Photographs 3x4, color, matte, on white background - 4 pcs;
Sea service or work experience for the last 5 years.
